He is best known as the founder and CEO of Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, which he built from a start-up into a $1.3 billion global enterprise. Bob is recognized for scaling multinational operations, driving growth, building complex global supply chains, and guiding organizations through transformation and acquisition.

Glenn Riggs
Glenn Riggs is a supply chain and logistics executive with more than 30 years of experience leading complex global operations and driving enterprise growth. As a founding member of Odyssey Logistics & Technology, he helped Bob scale the company from a startup to a $1.3 billion organization. Over a career that includes roles at Dow Chemical, Union Carbide, and as Chief Strategy Officer at Odyssey, Glenn has led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and overseen acquisitions that expanded capabilities and shareholder value.
